Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training: This is a two hour class that is mandated for department of transportation (DOT) related companies and included in those other types of companies. it is a course specifically designed for supervisors to help them determine if an employee is abusing or using drugs and or alcohol and the proper intervention techniques that follow. This is a electronic presentation with three paper hand outs. This class meets and or exceeds the requirements set by the DOT. This class is only required to be taken one time but is recommended to be used as a annual or bi-annual refresher course. At end of class the attendees receive a certificate of completion.

Employee Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training: This is a one hour class designed to inform employees of the typical drugs tested for in a drug testing program and the effects of these drugs. it is used in both DOT and non-DOT related companies. This is an electronic presentation. This class meets or exceeds the guidelines set by the DOT.

What Should a Company Have in Their Drug and Alcohol Testing Program: This is a one hour class that is designed to help a company create a complete drug and alcohol testing program. it assists the attendees on a startup basis from policy development and what should be in a policy to program setup. This is a electronic presentation.

Breath Alcohol Technician Training: This class is typically a four to five hour class depending on size of class. It is a class that follows a computerized section of the training that is provided on disc to the student from LifeLoc (manufacture of evidential breath testing device). Once the student completes this portion they go into the second section provided by a certified Breath Alcohol Technician Instructor. It is taught from the paper student and instructor manual and involved extensive hands on skills on the specific EBT unit be trained on. There are two written tests to be completed at end of class. This class meets and exceeds DOT guidelines for a certified BAT. At end of this class the attendee receives two certificates. One for BAT training and one for Cal technician Training. These certificates are good for five years.

Screening Test Technician Training (STT): This is a four to six hour class depending on size of class that trains a student to be proficient in conducting initial or screen for alcohol testing. It is conducted using a electronic presentation and instructs the student on the federal regulations that apply to becoming a certified alcohol screener. the class meets or exceeds the requirements set by the DOT. At end of class the attendee receives a certificate of completion. This certificate is good for five years.

Certified Drug Test Collector Training: This class is designed to follow the DOT regulations on the basic requirements to perform drug screening collections. it is a electronic presentation with three written tests that follow specific sections. This is a 8 hour class. Once completed the attendee is able to conduct urine drug testing using laboratory testing devices. This class meets and or exceeds the DOT requirements. At conclusion of training the attended receives a certificate of completion. This certificate is good for 5 years.

Hair Testing Collector Training: This is a one to two hour electronic presentation and class discussion that meets the requirements for a student to learn the specific methods of hair collections for drug testing. It involves extensive hands on training in the process. This class is crucial for collectors in oil patch areas as oil industry has shifted to hair testing as it gives a longer window of detection. example, a inch and half section of head hair gives a 90 day window for detection. This method is not approved for DOT testing at this time. At end of training the attendee receives a certificate of completion.
